Let's Talk About?Fried Chicken ? Reboot Yourself!

Rejoice ? today is National Fried Chicken Day! Now, this may seem out of place on a blog dedicated to living a longer and healthier life, but I promise it all makes sense.

Striving to eat well and take care of our bodies can be tasking. That?s why I think a system like the one Andrew at Eating Rules describes works great. He builds in a ?cheat day? so that, one day a week, you can eat that fried chicken that?s now on today?s menu (yes, I?ve prescribed it as my cheat meal of the week now, too!). By having your cheat day once a week and then subscribing to healthier eating habits the other six days of the week, it?ll make that cheat food experience all the more enjoyable.

And you know who can help you to meet your healthy eating and living goals? Fitness trainers.

And do you know who we?re planning to spend our entire weekend with? Fitness trainers!

Chazz Weaver will be speaking at 12:25 on Saturday, July 7th about ?Youthfulness from the Inside Out? while at the IDEA World Fitness Convention.

Keep tuned to our Facebook and Twitter feeds, as we?re going to be with personal trainers all weekend at the IDEA World Fitness Convention in sunny San Diego, California. This event is a mecca for trainers honing in on their skills and educating themselves to provide better training services to clients like you! Our own spokesperson and fitness trainign guru Chazz Weaver will be on site with us all weekend long as well, capping his weekend off with a speaking engagement Saturday at 12:25 pm. His lecture will cover the theme of ?Youthfulness from the Inside Out?.

If you prefer to implement some of these practices on your own, take a look at Melissa of Eat on the Run?s blog posts this week, as she guides us through her Detox Week. Her practice for Detox Week emphasizes eating whole foods, with the aim of assisting in weight maintenance, improved digestion and decreasing free radicals in the body, which have become known as a factor leading to? some chronic illnesses.? Part of that plan also includes taking Rebootizer, which she touts for its ability to seamlessly and efficiently fit into any detox or cleansing program.

So you too can make Rebootizer a part of your regimen, whether taken as part of a six-day regimen monthly for long-term benefits or with more immediate needs to minimize the impact of free radicals in high occurrence situations, (such as an overindulgence on fried chicken, anyone? ;) ).

Happy Rebooting and Happy Fried Chicken Day! We hope to see you at #IDEAWorld this weekend.
